Registration & Fees

  • Early Bird, Regular, Late and On-site registration options will be available for different delegate categories, including Member, Non-Member/SAARC delegate, Post-Doctoral/DM/M.Ch./DNB students, Ph.D./Other students, Accompanying Delegate, Overseas Delegate and Workshop Attendee.
  • Registration fees are inclusive of GST and vary according to delegate category and registration period.
  • Workshop registration is available separately and requires prior registration for the main conference.
  • The workshop fee is applicable for one workshop only.
  • Workshop seats are limited and will be confirmed subject to availability and receipt of payment.

Your Registration Includes

  • Admission to all eligible conference sessions, keynote lectures, scientific sessions and panel discussions.
  • Conference materials, including the programme booklet and digital resources.
  • Lunch during conference days.
  • Networking events and social gatherings as per the official programme.

Conditions

  • Conference registration is mandatory for participation in any workshop.
  • Late or on-site fees will apply based on the registration deadline published in the official fee table.
  • PG students should submit a bonafide certificate from the Head of the Department/Institution along with the registration form.
  • Delegate kits for on-site registration are subject to availability.
  • Workshops are chargeable separately and require pre-registration for the main conference.
  • Card payments may attract additional processing fees as per banking or payment-gateway policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to the Conference Secretariat.
  • Cancellations received after 31st December 2026 will be non-refundable.
  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 4 weeks after completion of the conference.
  • The timestamp on the cancellation email will be considered the official cancellation date.
  • GST is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The organiser is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling caused by force majeure events.

  • The registration fee for MDSICON 2027 is inclusive of GST.
  • The registration fee covers access to eligible conference sessions, keynote lectures, scientific sessions and panel discussions.
  • The registration fee covers conference materials, lunch on conference days and networking/social events as per the programme.
  • Workshop registration is separate from main conference registration and is valid for one workshop only.
  • Final registration deadlines, workshop capacity, refund eligibility and bank/payment charges should be verified by the Conference Secretariat before publication.
